A follow up on failed transformations by the MIT Sloan Business Review (MIT Sloan Management Review 20 Jan 2020).showed that 67% of failures are terminal, i.e. the companies go bankrupt or are acquired (This was a note in their Research Insights on 20 January 2020 that is no longer accessible on the web). Agile Transformation requires courage and paradigm change. Both courage and paradigm change combined with deep know-how in tools and techniques and especially with Leadership and Coaching skills can lead to a sustainable positive result in transformation.
